1. Doja CatPaint The Town Red

I’m really loving the way “Walk on By” by Dionne Warwick is incorporated right at the start. Doja Cat brings such a strong attitude to this track. The inclusion of “Walk on By” creates a wonderfully relaxed vibe throughout. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying everything I’ve heard from Doja Cat up to this point.

2. Shelby Lynne – Miss You Sissy

Ms. Lynne started out country but went down to the Sheryl Crow road later in 1999. I love this entire album, I Am Shelby Lynne and listened to it frequently back in the day. I urge you to check it out if you are fan of Sheryl Crow and similar artists. This song I was not familiar with but enjoyed it’s Sunday music kind of vibe.

3. DNCECan You Feel It

I shouldn’t like this track but it’s a bit irresistible probably because I think Joe Jonas is cute lol! Yes, this was a dance pop band he was the lead singer for before he got back with his brothers. I didn’t see this movie, My Little Pony The Movie, either and probably won’t lol. It wasn’t my thing back in the eighties. It’s your typical dance pop song but hey, anything to put a smile on your face and make your feet move right?
